Handcrafted creatures, made with care.

I am a soft sculpture artist, making lovingly hand-crafted, poseable fantasy animals and creatures that capture the imagination.

New adorable creatures will be posted every week! Follow us on facebook to see what’s coming up soon!
https://www.facebook.com/rikercreatures/

Each creature is constructed with a skeleton of flexible, fully poseable armeture wire. The body is soft-sculpted using foam and synthetic filling, giving it a realistic, malleable feel. The face is uniquely hand-sculpted, painted and painstakingly covered in fur. When finished, these creatures seem to take on a life of their own; taking to any form you place them in. But above all, there is no limit to what the imagination can bring to life.

Eshana the Archer Squirrel - $365 USD

490.00

Meet Eshana; the Archer squirrel. Inspired by one of my favourite books as a child, she is bold, brave and agile. Running from tree to tree, her bow is strong and her aim is true. A scout for the squirrel nation, she has fought many battles and few match her cleverness. Eshana features hand painted glass eyes, real feather adornments, and a removable scarf and up-cycled leather vest. Her bow is made of natural materials and tipped with ermine teeth and a tiny glass bottle; which she keeps lucky trinkets in.

Construction: polymer, synthetic fur, feathers, poseable wire armeture, up-cycled leather, ethically sourced ermine teeth, hand-painted glass eyes.
